Janet Jones – Commercial Property & Casualty Underwriting Manager

Janet has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Property / Casualty Insurance.  Janet joined Heartland in 2019 and was a member of the core Guidewire team and integral to the implementation, creating commercial requirements, testing, and broker/staff training. Janet has a diverse and experienced career including Senior Product/Pricing Analyst, Team Leader, Senior Business Analyst and Underwriting (Personal Lines, Farm, Commercial Package & Commercial Mid-Market). She also worked in a user support role, liaising between Underwriting and IT in the maintenance of all commercial underwriting systems, rules and rating engines.
