Jim Sulston

Jim has held various leadership positions in the P&C insurance industry for the last 20+ years.  Jim has always been known for being a strong people leader and communicator, and brings the ability to execute quality solutions for our broker partners using a collaborative and cooperative approach. Working with the Broker community has always been at the forefront of any initiative Jim has undertaken, and has always focused on dialogue, input, and guidance to seek win-win solutions. Jim has held leadership roles in Marketing, Underwriting, Technology and Actuarial.  He has several years of experience working at both smaller and larger carriers, as well as extensive experience with the farm mutual community. Jim holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Statistics) degree from the University of Waterloo, an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University and has a CIP designation.
