Tracy Gerber

Tracy Gerber joined Heartland in December 2020, as Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer. Tracy is a results-focused leader who uses her 25 years of experience in program management, process improvement, and change management to support transformational change. Tracy’s leadership experience has been developed through multiple leadership roles with Clarica Life, Sun Life Insurance and BlackBerry. She led the implementation of a new SAP system and the integration of the BB10 operating system onto devices during her time with BlackBerry. Tracy has been with Heartland for the last two years leading the transformation of Heartland to the Guidewire platform. She holds a certification as a Project Management Professional and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt designation, which is a perfect fit with our strategy pillars of Execution Focus and Simplicity.
